These Terms are between you (“Purchaser,” “you,” “your”) and My Rising Jungle - part of Nostra Fortuna BV (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), regarding the purchase or use of our digital products and/or services (“Products”). Products may be purchased through our website www.myrisingjungle.com (the “Website”), related subdomains, or in person.

By clicking “Add to Cart,” “Buy Now,” or similar, submitting payment, or otherwise enrolling in our Products, you agree to these Terms together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Scope of Products

Our Products may include, but are not limited to: digital downloads, templates, online courses, freelance services, masterclasses, intensives, retreats, masterminds, workshops, merchandise, and related offerings.

3. Product Delivery

Upon purchase and successful payment, you will receive access to the Products as described on the Website or at the point of sale. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the Product (digital, physical, or pre-sale). We will make all reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timelines, but we are not liable for unavoidable delays.

5. No Warranties or Guarantees

6. Payment & Billing

By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge it for all applicable fees (“Fees”). All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

Trial offers will automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless you cancel them prior to the end of the trial period.

7. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible Products, subject to the following conditions:

You must provide proof of use and explain why the Product does not meet your needs.

If a refund is granted, your license to use the Product will immediately terminate.

8. Subscriptions & Cancellations

By enrolling in a subscription-based Product, you authorize us to process recurring Fees until canceled in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).

If payments cannot be processed, we will attempt to retry the transaction. After repeated failures, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription. Cancellation fees may apply, as described in the subscription terms that were in effect at the time of purchase.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. You remain liable for the full cost of your purchase, plus any associated fees.

10. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and bonuses are subject to change without notice at any time. They are not retroactively applicable to prior purchases.

11. License for Use

Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute our Products without written consent.

12. Intellectual Property

All Products, content, and materials remain the sole property of My Rising Jungle / Nostra Fortuna BV. Purchase does not transfer ownership.

19. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Brussels, Belgium, in accordance with the Belgian Arbitration Association. Each Party shall bear its own costs.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, with jurisdiction in the courts of Brussels.

22. Severability & No Waiver

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding purchases and supersede all prior understandings.
